My love for pets and animals started from a very young age, nurtured by my father and the surrounding county where I was constantly exposed to nature.  I was raised with many labs that my father used as hunting dogs that grew to be loving family pets. My siblings and I were also given a white rabbit for Easter, had a tank full of fish, a cat we rescued and the last to join the bunch was our miniature dachshund Kyra, who passed away at almost 18 years old.  I am now the proud owner of my cats and Siberian huskies.

    I got my start in the working world doing retail. I realized my strength in sales and customer service so I decided to perused a career working my way up the corporate ladder. I gained over ten years experience in customer service and management, from running locally owned to cooperate businesses in Toronto and Alberta. I was most recently employed at the local Belle River Petvalu for over 3 years, where I received specialty education in pet nutrition and general care through the UC Davis Veterinary program at the University of California.  Unfortunately, as successful as I was at my endeavors I was never fully satisfied with my career. I knew something was missing.

One day I was looking for someone to care for my pets when I was away but wasn't satisfied with the services available in my community. That`s when it came to me. In 2017, I decided to combine my strengths and skills in business management and customer service with my passion for animals to open a pet `bed and breakfast` out of my home! Providing superior pet care and a home away from home for all pets. Here we are today.
