In order to book your pets' stay we require:

- a 50% non-refundable or transferable deposit

- a copy of your pets up-to-date vaccination certificate

- our intake form completed

ALL SERVICES ARE BY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY. THIS INCLUDES DROP OFFS & PICK UPS

WE ALLOW A 10 MINUTE WINDOW BEFORE AND AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME(S)

ANY TIME OUSIDE THE 10 MINUTE WINDOW IS SUBJECT TO AN EARLY OR LATE DROP OFF FEE STARTING AT $15

IF THE GATE IS SHUT WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE AND **DO NOT OPEN THE GATE**

IF SOMEONE IS NOT OUTSIDE WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE AND CONTACT (226)-260-9382

WE ASK THAT YOUR PET(S) MUST BE ON LEASH OR CONTAINED DURING DROP OFF

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY - IF YOU DO NOT CALL TO INFORM US YOU WILL BE LATE OR YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHIN 15 MINUTES IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION/REBOOKING POLICY - IF YOU WERE A NO CALL/NO SHOW FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND WANT TO RESCHEDULE YOU MUST CALL AND/OR GO THROUGH THE BOOKING PROCESS AGAIN INCLUDING PAYING ANOTHER DEPOSIT PLUS REMAINING BALANCE IN CASH

ALL DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER DATES OR SERVICES

WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF YOUR PROPERTY IS DAMAGED, DESTROYED OR NOT RETURN. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR PETS PROPERTY WILL GO HOME IN THE SAME SHAPE OR AT ALL

WE REQUIRE YOU TO BRING YOUR PETS FOOD, FOOD BOWL AND WATER BOWL. ANY OTHER ITEMS ARE TO YOUR DISCRETION. YOU WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR ITEMS GO HOME WITH YOUR PET.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF YOUR PET(S) GET HURT, SICK, LOST OR INJURED IN OUR CARE

WHEN YOU SEND A DEPOSIT YOU AGREE TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
